TRANSCEND aims at developing Transformational Adaptation Policies (TAPs) to address water scarcity in seven river basins across the world. These policies include innovative allocation systems and economic instruments, that are robust and adaptable to uncertainty and change and aim at achieving equitable and sustainable economic growth and welfare.
